Ammo ID please.

I'm 99% sure this is 8mm I bought for my turk a very long time ago. The head stamp has two upside down u's and a y at the top and like a 19?? on the bottom. If possible, I would like to know the maker, grain size, what is the case made of, and if it's corrosive. Thanks!

I can't understand the Yugoslavian printing on the boxes but this is what I did find.
