ONE OF THE NICEST BORES I HAVE SEEN ON A RIFLE THIS EARLY. WITH CLEANING ROD.... $279.95
what do you guys think, how should i clean it.Thanks
What you're calling "war eagles" are Beschutz = firing proofs.
Since I would expect this to be an RC I would guess the ser nr is on the left side of the stock and the nrs are about 1/2" tall lengthways on the stock.
If so, then it is a ruskie forced match, not original to the rifle.
You got lucky with a flat butt plate stock as more often than not these have the wrong type stock on them. An early laminated flat butt plate stock is also nice.
Clean it like you would any other rifle.
