98k / M48

How do the parts on these rifle compare. Can you use 98 parts on a 48.

parts are pretty much not interchangeable. k98 is a standard length action,m48 is an intermediate length. same design-different parts.

Minor parts will interchange, stuff like the magazine follower, mag. spring, receiver screws and lock screws, and i think the safety levers will interchange, can't remember though.
But yes major stuff will not work.... Bolt bodies, firing pins, striker springs, etc..
