Yep that could be one reason. But unless remington is makeing ammo for other companies something else is going on. Fedril and Cci, along with winchester are all running out of ammo.

I think it is a sign of the times. I think Religion and Gun right's are about to see a few punches. Actually AMMO Right's, because I think obama knows he can't take away guns, but he can stop ammo sales.

That sounds like my walmart. They haven't had .22 ammo in for weeks! People actually come in when they get a load of bulk fedrel or remington and buy them out right there! They don't even put it in the case any more.

Got you loaded in my friend list,did'nt see any mesages.Allways glad to make friends,used to live in Joplin Mo.and enjoyed Arkansas may be moving to Oklahoma in the future,after 5 years of beeing disabled they finally sent me a Check saturday but told me I was not disabled untill Sept.15th of 2008 and a 5 month waiting period,so they screwed me out of my backpay.Turned 55 on that date so I guess my age had alot to do with it,shure sucks but I guess I can aford to buy a few suplies now and see doctors.I guess I'll see if I can find some primers today and maybe some bullets and powder.They figured I'd probally die first and they would'nt have to hand over my money and I shure fooled them.

Howdy AH, good to hear from you, I was just thinking bout ya the other day and wondering how you were getting along. I'm still hanging in there, although the arthritus (sp) is kicking my hinee lately. I'm staying close to home these days, thinking about moving to Texas before they quit the union and go independant. ha ha ! You probably did the smart thing about your job. I'd hate to be forced into the job market these days, although, when they stop social insecurity payments, I'll have to start holding up stage couchs I guess. lol
