We're getting rid of our 26 gauge stuff and going to 24-22 gauge for our future applications. We're getting into cable TV and will use a combination of fiber and higher grade copper to transmit video. I've been splicing fiber for quite some time and I assure you that as long as a terminal doesn't get ran over and you get a good .04 or less, it will hold up to the elements better than copper. But beware of the power pairs running the show! They are carrying 194 volts now and will clear up an urinary track problem you may be having if you come in contact with them! LOL!

... you'd be amazed at the reliability of copper over fiber. Granted, fiber is faster, but more problematic. I've worked with both... when I was a "sparky".

Let me get with Wanda on that. She's kinda funny when it comes to meat. LOL! You know that we are bringing "groceries" with us. Maybe a phone call tomorrow?????? Tell the Mrs. that I'll leave the Spam at home as I have heard what she said she would do with the Spam and I doubt that there are any good Proctologists close to where you live to remove a case from my azz! LOL!

Hey, I'm curious! What do you and Wanda want, off the grill, when you get here? Squirrel, rabbit, or groundhog? LOL! How about some good old beef? Or I'll go rummage in the freezer, and see if I can find some venison. It's getting kinda scarce, what with deer season right around the corner. But we may just have a bit left. Give me a hint, so we can get the menu ready!

Before I get started, I want to share my background:

I was born, a military brat. My dad was Career Army. 3rd Armored Div. My dad looked great in his uniform and I used to help him polish his brass with Brasso. I was born in Frankfort, Germany, in an American Army hospital on May 18, 1956. I was conceived in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. In 1959, my dad was transferred to Ft. Riley, Kansas for about 9 months. His last duty station would end up being ROTC duty, University of...

Remember when majority ruled? Whether it's a show of hands or the result of a vote, the people were heard and a foundation was placed for all. There are those in our country that don't like the idea of living by our Constitution and the laws of our great nation. We have judges that want to re-write the Constitution instead of interpret it. A 5-4 decision by the Supreme Court to uphold our Second Amendment made me wonder where we're headed. It should have been 9-0! Californian's, overwhelmingly...
