Hi Burke, well it has been a crappy cold wet summer (record or not ? hell I dont know) but I aint shoveling snow so I cant complain. prospecting sucked for me this summer , I didnt have alot of time to spend in the creeks and when I was out , The damn bears kept me busy watching them instead of panning. Did some rock hounding Found some nice looking rocks but nothing of value. As far as global warming lol I think the sun is gonna do what it wants no matter what we humans do , this planet has a history of freezing and thawing. hows the rock hunting been in your neck of the woods ?

No, dude not yet. And your not kidding about construction, I've been a union sheet metal worker for 20 years. I left TN. and came back to Florida my mom came down with altimers (however you spell it) and hasent been doing to good. So I came back to Jacksonville where she lives to help my sister take care of her. I sent my wife and the kids first so I could take care of things here in TN. before I left. I played a lottery ticket and got lucky and won 50 grand. So I bought quite a few guns I'm worried about the gov. screwing us so we cant buy, you know LOL. But I spent the bulk buying property and a new trailer, I found a new job as a form carpenter but wholly shit I'm not a kid anymore and this is the hardest aspect of construction from the forms to the finish but it pays good 18.00 an hour mandatory 60 hrs. a week, the only problem is this company travels and I dont want to leave the kids and the wife behind but I may not have a choice. And your not kidding it makes us mad at the world and we buy more guns. We are the kind of guys the Gov. likes to hate Peckerwoods with to many guns who live in the sticks. (LOL).
