    Hey Burke, those are brake spring pliers for removing\installing rear brake shoes. They help quite a bit, but aren't absolutely necessary when doing a brake job.

    Yes, I have not done it for a living for several years but was in the tile union in WA state for a few years, did mostly comercial stuff, and did a little framing, roofing and gen back breaking fun over the years as well. Went to machinist school some time back and made the switch to a new trade, but I do often miss the smell of thin set in the morning.

    The only things I've added since I bought it were the mount and the scope. I still need to get pics up as I've now drilled the plastic forearm for better ventilation and cooling.
