    Not sure why we are not listed in the specialty forum I will look around and see if there is anything I can do to change that. Sorry it took so long to respond uncle sam had me doing some training for a few weeks.

    Thanks for the comments. And seeing you call yourself a cajun reminds meof one of my best friends in the service way back when, named Fonseca. He was a cajun to the bone. I know he had a first name too, but damned if I can remember what it was; maybe I never knew. Everyone just called him Fonseca.

    hey bud, yah still cheffing. Exec at Hargrave Military and at Stratford House Retirement in Va. I love my job!!! and these cajun rest. up here suck! there is one place in Hillsborough, on Churton street next to the Wooden Nickel on the right, cannot think of the name. They are from New orleans too, and the food is KILLER!!!! when I think o the name Ill send it back to u! keep in touch

    good ol gretna! u westbanker! I grew up in Kenner. Greenlawn to be exact. But I worked at the Jeep dealership in highschool thatwas in gretna, and painted barge tops in gretna too! also avondale shipyard...then I went to chef school and never looked back. Miss the hell outta the fishing tho man! Sooo good!
