u dont need a double barrel get a lever action shotgun

calaper if you havent got your rifle yet the stevens is the old savage 110 with a low end stock. put a trigger like a basixs trigger on the action get a good scope . and if your going with the 308win that is a well known comp round. I think you will have fun and enjoy. I know three of the guys at the rang have 200 in 308win two have done triggers bob put a snipper stock on his and all three shoot less than .500 at a 100 yards. Its like most rifles find the wight load . good shooting
