I am doing fine just having trouble hitting the pheasants...LOL..I have missed the last 6 birds and figured it must be me looking at the sites that i have put on the Ruger over and under 12 Ga. I think i have been looking at the sites and not the birds so i just took off the illuminated sites and we will see what happens. Well i was thinking of ya today cause i was out cleaning the gutters out..Full of Leaves and i cant afford the leaf guards.
So after the chores i shot the Mosin which reminded to give you a haller...
It shoots better and better every time i shoot it...I shot three boxes of shells today and the cosmoline was coming out of the forearm stock top ROTFL...I just wiped it off and keep shooting. Also made some nice bulls eyes, cleaned her up and put it away clean fer the next time...Well you have a good week and thanks for keeping in touch......Earl

AHH I MISSED YA TODAY...LOL..I just wanted to tell you that the UPS tracking system tells me the rifle is held up since Saturday. Its only 50 miles away in a place called New Stanton,PA..so with any luck i will have it soon..I was curious if the rifle has been counter bored,its not a big deal and i could check when it comes in but was asking..
The headspace that you talk about, i take is the freedom of space along the muzzle beginning to about the end of the front forearm two banded stock that can be checked with a match pack cover running it down beside the barrel..Which would make the barrel float a tidbit as shooting. I could fix that also but was just wondering. Also i will let you know one way or another how the fire shooter groups in, anywhere within a 1.5 2.5 at 100 yards i would pleased..
