That is too bad about that guy lied to you about that. I am glad you got the rifle in good working order, and took care of that A-HOLE! All things considered, it looks like they all came out looking very nice!
My good buddy and I kind of share collections, and he has a Garand that came from Big5 a few years ago, but I don't think I can stand just sharing his. I have to have one for my collection!!
BTW, I Liked the collection you had pictured... Did I spot a couple swedish mausers? If so, what are your thoughts on them. Right after Carbine and Garand on my list are possibly Swede m96, and Finn m39.

Hey Full Metal, were your Garands CMP guns by any chance?
I am in the market for one and Paper told me that both his were CMP service grade and that he recommended the CMP route, I was just going to check around and make sure the quality is consistent. If not CMPs, where would you recommend getting one?
