Hello, the laws here (more or less) said that if you want to own guns you must to obtain permission from authorities. Then you can buy you want (less full auto, etc.) and you can have it in your home (for sport, defence), or carry it unloaded to hunt or club, but you can´t carry it loaded in the streets. If you want it you must to obtain another licence. Enzo Bonamidiani (I think that´s the name) is Bersa owner, he is very respected, I think a good person italian inmigrant)..
