Hey Larry, my son is now a member of the forum. He's overseas, somewhere, and we had trouble with email, so this worked out,for visiting. He's a Marine, and would prob'ly enjoy hearing from other active duty members.

PLEASE... in all your moderator wisdom, tell me why you are looking for a way to ban me from this forum? You've already boasted about your 134 banned people... telling me I'd be 135. Was that a lie or were you actually serious ?

Hey Larry, good to hear from you, My older brother was a lifer in the Air Force so I wont give you to much greef. I grew up in a military family - My dad was a naval officer , he was attached to the national security agency doing some kind of spook stuff ? my older bro was in the air force and my younger bro went with the army. I stayed true to Dad and enlisted in the Navy and volunteered for the Submarine Service. it was interesting but I was spending an average of nine months out of the year at sea playing cat and mouse with the soviets. It will wear on ya, so I did six years and called it quits. man it's easy to look back and think if I only had toughed it out... oh well cant complain - life is good and the family is happy and healthy. hope the same for you.
