Yeah, I love that pistol, I'm ordering the dovetail mounts so I can mount a red dot sight on it. Just so I can use it when I need to pop red squirrels, they move 20x faster than gray squirells.

Hey Pyro. An air pistol like you describe will do just fine on squirrels and cottontails. I've hunted with a Crosman for over 40 yearas, rebuilt it several rimes, and still like to hunt with it. Mine is .22 cal, but a .177 will do just fine, if you are within 20 yards or so.
