Somehow, the week has gone by quite fast. Maybe it's because I changed my routine and played my DS instead of using my laptop at work. (My job is a joke.) Or it could because my main gun buddy wasn't at work the past two days because of a sick kid. Either way, its Thursday night and I only have one day of work left.

My check list of things to do before we leave tomorrow is not bad.

Talked to my buddies at work today about what day to join the local gun range. Since they are closed on Mondays and I don't get my stuff till this weekend, we decided to join next Tuesday the 29th.

The range is about 5-10 miles outside of town. Offers indoor pistol, skeet, trap, 5 stand. For the outside rifle, they have two ranges, one is a 60 yard and the other can go up to 300. Sadly, the range is kinda cramped so rifle people get priority in the morning then if anyone wants to...

I finally get my FOID card which makes it legal for me to bring my guns and ammo to this crappy state. A couple things stopped me from going this weekend. One being that I didn't get my FOID until Saturday and that my dad was gone on business Friday and Saturday. Apparently, he has perfected his t-bone steak grilling and insisted that I come next week. So it did work out in that regard.
