    I'll be making more in a month. I'll mail you some more. If you have some left mix it together. Thats what I do. Every batch I make has a little bit of the last batch all the way back to the first one. That first bottle would melt the glass jar it was in OMG it was hot. It had too much chile de arbol. I didnt have the ratio right. lol

    I don't have A favorite I wing it. I just use that chili mix recipe I sent with it. Then go from there. Take a look at that kettle of red recipe I posted that will give you a basic Idea. You'll probably have to scale it down. I made it when I cleaned out my freezer. When I say my powder in the recipe I mean my mix. Let me know how it was.
