Good afternoon, no worries m8. Boots, hat, gloves & safety glasses are automatic at work; sometimes feel naked without them at home!!
Getting busy at work today, the rest of the world is wakening up, it will get worse on Monday as the rest of the Office guys wake up and start with all their stupid questions again!! I sometimes hate the "remote Management"!

Hi Bunnywabbit, did they grow tyres there? Kidding, West Africa is not too bad, some places are worse than others, This place (Ivory Coast) is 10 times better than my last job which was in Angola, which is better than Nigeria. But it is Africa!! A world away from the likes of Kansas, Europe or any part of America!!
Just had the big evening meal, lobster, filet steaks etc. and big prize raffles for the guys; most were delighted with what they won, DVD players, MP3 players, cellphones etc. right down to company tee shirts & baseball caps. Just about time for me to turn in for the night and get a few hours shut-eye until things pick up again in the morning. Good night, have a nice day and a good New Year.

My uncle used to be a supervisor on a Firestone rubber plantation in Liberia. All my cousins were born there.
