No clue what you may be talking about.
Could you go here and see what specific part you are having problems with?
And maybe you could tell us a better description of your problem?

You might try bending the spring just a bit to see if that helps. Is the round hanging up part of the way or is it not even coming out of the magazine? The reason I ask is I thought, and so did many others, that I had an interrupter problem with mine, but I found the frame surrounding the interrupter was bent inward just enough so that it caused the round to hang up as it was being forced forward by the bolt.

That part he's referring to is not the extractor. It's purpose is to keep the rounds from flying out of the magazine and feed one at a time each time the bolt is worked.

The link provided erroneously lists this part as the extractor when in reality the extractor is in the bolt.

it is the ejector/interrupter, a dual purpose part.

Hello,

Are you saying you cannot push a round down past the interrupter, which on two-piece type assemblies is part of the spring that powers the ejector?

Here is a picture:

If it is truly the interrupter that won't move, then it is either contacting the stock or it is stuck on the magazine well, as mine appears to be.

It is a physical impossibility for the interrupter spring to be so strong as to disallow feeding the magazine past it. There is simply not enough metal and the interrupter is positioned too far out of the pivot point.

If it were needed, that spring could be half-again as thick and it would still function just fine.

Check your terminology, and check your feed system for hangups.

I do cover some of this; look at my videos on YouTube. I am user "Wabatuckian" there.

Regards,

Josh

If the ejector or the interrupter that Josh pointed out in the photo above are preventing loading more than 1 round the problem could be the lack of clearance in the stock. That is especially prevalent when the action has been put in a different stock, especially the aftermarket ATI stock. Might be time to get the Dremel or some chisels out.

Lift the barrel and action out of the stock and see if it makes a change in function of your interupter.

You can then screw the action screws in place in to the mag well and trigger guard and see if it operates properly. Could be the stock could be causing some interference and not allowing the interrupter/interrupter spring to properly move.

Or it might just need a good cleaning. It's absolutely amazing what that will do for the action of a gun.
