| Do you use your belt pouch? Yesterday on a lark I put the belt pouch on as I went hunting. I was going deer hunting in the morning and squirrel hunting later on. I put 7.62 x 54r shells in one pouch and subsonic .22 hollowpoints in the other. It worked pretty well. If I sat on the ground against a tree and slouched too much squirrel hunting, a few .22 shells would slip out, but all in all, it was a great little ammo pouch. do you use yours and what for? Steve |

| I some times wear a belt that has 3 bags on it. The one in the back is rubber lined for game and there's 2 other bags on the right and left side. Depending on what I'm carrying hunting I some times use it to carry gear. When I hunt squirrels I prefer a camo vest with game bag on the back and shell loops and hand pockets. I used the fanny pack descibed above Dove season and sometimes when I'm squirrel hunting. I wish I knew a source to buy another camo hunting Vest for squirrel and rabbit hunting the shell loops are worn out on mine. I can't find a new one localy...A.H Last edited by ArkansasHunter; 01-02-2008 at 11:31 AM. |

| I never use the double pouch that came with my Mosin Nagant 91/30. I did see that it fits 3-4 loaded 5-round stripper clips rather nicely, though.
