you could borrow a bullet from a buddy to fire you mosin into the can blowing a hole in it, then if the hole is big enough to allow another bullet to fall through the hole you can shoot the can a 2nd time right next to the 1st hole making it bigger. Keep doing this process each time gaining an extra shot untill you have worked your way around the can. By this time the hole should be big enough to get the last 5 rounds out of that 300 round can.

Then you go buy another can HAHAHAHAH!!!

No, no, no... you have to shoot the bullet into the corner of the can and along its edge, so you can peel it open. One shot, one can.

Correctly sealed can....hmmm, that's one that they welded shut without blowing up the whole batch of ammo wasn't it?

I use a pair of fencing pliers, the ones with the rolling head (hammer on one side, pincers on the other. I grab the tap in the pincers and roll the plier head a couple of times then, just roll up the strip of metal that comes off. Easy.

I would shoot mulituple rounds at it and if it doesnt open I would have to say throw it into a fire and see if it warms it up enough to open it with a pair of plyers. Or you could just use a cuttin tourch to open it. either way something ought to happen!
