How to post a picture

I have tried 2 times to post a picture. I thought I knew how since this Message Board is like my Saltwater hobbiest Message Board but apparently not. Please help

I have posted here several times and the board was down earlier today due to server capacity problems. I tried to post a pic as well and it wouldn't work so I'm thinking maybe the sever is running in limited capacity mode.

Start an account with an image server like photobucket (If you use an image server it's much more reliable than uploading attachments to gun and game)

Put your picture url in between these
[IMG]picture url here[/IMG]

Then you get this

In a separate window go to ImageShack® - Image Hosting
Upload your image
Right click/copy the bottom link they give

Back here click>

Paste the url in hit "OK"

Not much help, my apologies. I'm not a geek...I just played with it till I figured it out.

Hopefully another forum member will explain it better.

Someone needs to make image uploading a tutorial and then stickey it. For some reason this topic always seems to come up in the mosin forums.

Mojos are awesome. I have one on a Swedish M38 and on a Mosin M44. I love them!
