Mosin Nagant "Fort Knox" scope mount?

Somewhere on the Internet I found this pic...

I think it is on a Mosin Nagant. Does anyone know who makes this mount?

looks like it just a 3/8 dove tail clamp on and old 91/30 rear sight base.

I have heard of several people using this method to put a scope on a 91/30. I think billy has used something like that? Ask him if its worth a hoot or not.

If its meant for a .22 rimfire, I do not think I would trust it.
