Wow. We seem to be picking up a lot of new members (converts as it were). Welcome to the G&G MN Forum.

This site will help you identify your Mosin Nagant.

7.62x54r.net

Cleaning and refinishing tips/methods are stickied at the beginning of the forum. After a tear-down and cleaning you will have a better idea of how she works, and of course you are now inflicted with Mosinitus (caused by contact with Russian/Soviet cosmolene or any Mosin Nagant in general).

Post pictures...

Any particular M44 you want? Do you want just a shooter M44 or are you looking for a collector?

Yes I'm a confirmed Mosin junkie. Currently In my rack I have:

2 Tula 91/30's
1 Tula M44
1 Finnish M39 "B"

I'm looking for a Polish M44 in unissued (Or as close as I can get) condition. Thinking about picking up one of the M38's that Classic Arms is selling right now (Mainly because I don't have any M38's).

i got the 15000th view! lol

i had my m44 for awhile now, about a year and im not sure if i posted it here yet. i plan on buying a m91/30 next week at dunhams for $80

i am just about to turn 16 and the mosin nagant was my first rifle and many followed it and many more to come. ive been shooting since i was little and i love it. im alittle late on buying rifles such a s ak's and ar's since the golden age is gone now all the $90 box of 1000 rounds of 7.62x39! But i still have 2 ak's and a ar-15 that i got before the whole obama thing. sorry i dont want to go on and on

heres my m44 and some others:

m44 izzy 1944

rem 870, m44, lee enfield No.4 MkI and part of a WASR-10 that me and my dad refinished

old family pic, i added a yugo sks since then and i think thats it for now, ohh and my 2 other handguns that i never took pics of like me .44 snub nose and my first handgun/ real gun ever a hi-point .40 S&W that my dad bought for $70 off a friend( the one in the pic is a 1911)

sorry i know this is a mosin forum, i got alittle carried away
