That looks like one of the little cap gun keychains I had as a kid.

You'd take one piece off the roll-up paper caps and put it in the back of the cylinder area and when the hammer fired, it made the little bit of gunpowder go pop!

lol! i don't know if you'd lose it, but i sure wouldn't want to be going into emergency with that injury!

I keep 13 of those bad boys underneath my pillow at night for home defense . Someone buists into my house and hears me cock one of those bad boys...you can bet they'll go running! When you have to remove the trigger guard in order to fire the pistol, you know you;re dealing with a powerful killing machine!
