I'm new to this forum. Can someone please "sum this thread up" for me?

I read the first four or so pages and wanted to go kick something..........................and I don't own a dog. I'm afraid what I might do if I read the entire thing.

Sure - it's a quick and cheap way for someone to rack up their post count.

If you've read the first few pages, you've gleaned all the originality this thread has to offer. The rest is just repetitive detritus.

Well who'd a thunk it? The Astros actually won one today!

It is smucking HOT kids! I had a repair job inside a sawmill that damn near drowned me in sweat!

Tomorrow is shaping up to be a lot nicer. Drive into Houston to get raw materials for soap. MAYBE deliver a couple drums (if soap gets made) in the later part of the day.

We just had a healthy supper of Nachos.... I see a couple pieces of cold fish in my immediate future.

At 8:30PM the thermometer in the thermostat says 81. Does not feel THAT bad until I try to fall asleep, or stay asleep once I do! Small window unit is also in my immediate future!

I'm going to the range tomorrow. I'll be test firing two new Mosin Nagants, sighting in a Lee Enfield, and blasting away with my Styer M95.

My shoulder already hurts just thinking of it. But it's a good hurt!

It's morning. I'm not what you'd call a morning person.

On the Plus side of the ledger it's "only" 85 degrees out there just now..

100+ will show up later.

The fan is spooling up and the cannon is loaded but if nobody pulls the trigger I have a fairly easy day ahead... keep your boogerhooks off the bang stick please!!!

We had a taste of that East Texas/ Houston weather up here this week. High heat, high humidity is never any fun.

I giggle at the people who live in a nice air conditioned house, work in an air conditioned office, drive two miles to work each day and say they "Love hot days". Let them go from car to office back to car all day long while wearing a suit for a few days and see what they have to say about 95 degrees 80% humidity and no wind.

Drove from NE to PA in one shot after working all day in 90+ heat and 90+ humidity. Was up for over 30 hours before getting any sleep. Boy was I tired. Good thing I'm on vaction for a week.

Well... work was easy today....

NOTHING Happened. NOTHING. Phone rang maybe 4 times all day. No walk in customer like most days. BORING!

Thermometer in the thermostat said 82 a little while ago. Our electricity bill is gonna be bad enough even before Washington makes it double or worse!

Ooh, I feel some "natural gas" coming on. I'll make sure and step outside and point my butt NE!

Hey! the thermometer outside is down to 'only' 92. Ain't it swell when you can use only and 92 in the same sentence?
