My phone has rang 5 times today. Every single one was an unsolicited telemarketer. I am on the National Do Not Call Registry. What friggin' good are they?
And the day is only half over.

Having your power cut off because your late paying a bill when your saving hard to get a rear molar pulled out so you can enjoy summer without fear of something cold. When you have a rifle to go and collect but again, don't have the money to do so. And as it stands you had to get an advance off your pay at work which means being $50 a week short for the next month. Which will inevitably mean phone calls from other financial institutions wanting to know where there payments are on various credit cards.

Stupid Arizona fans. Minute to go in the game and they are climbing over the walls to rush on the field for a win. Oregon drives down and ties the game with 6 seconds left, and win in overtime.

Went to a guns show today and spotted a young kid walking around with a M44 that he was trying to sell. One of the guys I was with and I walked up to him and asked to look at it. Typical condition..... Finish on stock was peeling all metal was in good shape and barrel was frosted. We asked what he wanted for it and were tols $130. We passed. About 20mins later this kid walks up to the table we were working and starts talking to my friend again and the next thing I know walks away without the gun. Friend bought it for $60.

Hey guys! Had a power blip yesterday and today my 'puter had no idea who Grumpy old dude was. So here I am as Dave1960.
Got a call from my new "boss". I'm "in the game" starting Jan. 4th (hope it's not too late)
Have a call in for insurance. Just gotta sell my Astra A-80 to pay for it.

Now if I could just find a job....
Filed my first online claim today. Of course Illinois makes it hard to figure out what you are supposed to do, but it is better than phoning in your claim. It sometimes took me HOURS before I didn't get a busy signal trying by phone.
