It totally amazes me that, in this day and age, that some people on here have not made use of the wealth of information available online !! It is so very obvious that they are just regurgitating something they heard !!

^ I became aware of that not long ago. But with the wealth of Information at other Gun site's and here.
There's nothing wrong with passing on Information about our passion...Firearms if the info was gained else where from researching.
I'm guilty of that...But it's O.K. ...A.H

AH- I'm not saying that repeating what you've gleaned elsewhere is wrong. But we do have to make sure we don't take what we read or hear as gospel, unless you have hard proof. I dislike when people say things like, "there's no way a .308 can be called accurate when compared to a 270". It's just personal bias and it is obvious thats what it is !!

Finally discovered where the M91 I loaned my friend who died is: His niece's husband has it! My friend's wife is supposed to be getting back to me on the gun by phone or e-mail. I hope I can get it back without going to court! It's an Imperial with the double eagles.

Never loan a gun to a friend. He might die on you and his wife will give it away or sell it on the estate sale!

Of course it will! You just have to drill a pilot hole first with a .458!

TWM, that is truely a sad state of affairs. I'm sure we are all hoping that the guy understands the situation, and gives it back.
