dang....steve has gone and gotten evrybody yanking their rods, cuz they got a 'loose nut' problem....................dare i say that another step to reduce damage to the most precious 'harmonics' would be to inject hydraulic fluid into your veins...the thicker fluid will slow your movements and keep you more stable.....nvm, that's what they made adjustable bipods for
