You may be able to fine tune it, but it may surprise you as is with ball ammo.
They did not give me a gauge on how they are measured, so it is probably .311-.313 thereabouts...
Actually the forcing Cone is the throat where the bullet enters the rifling in the chamber, since 7.62 X 54R headspaces on the rim, this is not measured on this rifle...The tags are used for all weapons so that is why it is on there!
I should have added No forcing cone "Measurement"...for throat erosion...
