Cool! It would be funny to see the looks on other's faces when you put one up at the range!

I have an un-natural dislike for Dachshunds. Here is a target that got a lot of strange looks (M44 at 25 yards).
I bought 4 calendars on clearance. Not bad- 12 targets for 99 cents (times 4)!
I also like to use photos of cats but that is another story.

I am going out to my friend's wife's family's farm soon and her dad is a old school ex-service redneck gun nut, so he is all about us going out there to shoot. I was going to buy some balloons and see how far away I could stand and still peg them.

I use targets I made up for printing on normal printer paper. They're the ones we use for the 25 yard mil-surp matches we have: (G&G shooting match)
I've attached the original file for anyone who wants to use it. Just open it with your favorite image viewer (I find Microsoft Photo Editor works best) and make sure to have it "fit to page" when you print it, so that it's as big as possible on the 8.5"x11" paper. What I really like about 'em is that you can line up crosshairs in a scope on the bullseye and be sure you're dead-on. Haven't had a chance to do that, yet, but that's how I designed it... multi-use.

Empty 1-gallon milk jugs full of water are fun, and so is a sheet of cheap particle board with water balloons stapled all over it.

I took a 2 2x4's and made something to shoot at. I basically made a T shape. One end is pointed to pound into the ground so it stands up well. I drilled holes into the top and I put pencils and crayons into the holes to shoot with my .22 buckmark. I hinged the whole thing so the T turns into a flat piece for storage. I need to post a pic sometime. It is pretty neat.
