| Senior Member | I bought a surplus U.S. grenade launcher and some 7.62x39 and .308 blanks at a gun show a while ago. I've only shot it once from my sks. no grenade or tennis ball in it. I didn't give it much elevation and it went about 100 yds. can't wait to really play with it.

| Senior Bear Fluffer ![]() | Mmmmm, might want to consult the guys that were there on that one Cy. I know the rifle grenades for the 1903 were fired by bracing the butt on the ground and fired similar to mortar. I could be wrong though. So, please correct me if I am.

| Senior Member | I used to have an 40mm grenade gun/launcher, but the Coast Guard wanted it back when I got out. I loved that thing. All I had in the Navy was torpedos... not very portable. Pung! .................................................. ................ BOOOOOM!!!!!
