I had a cat coming in our yard fighting with my cat and I caught it trying to jump the fence with a fish net and dunked in our fountain a couple of times and it has not been back.
Bet that cat was suprised!

I have a neighbor that keeps letting his dog out to roam the neighborhood at night. Digs in trash, craps in my yard, etc., etc.

I caught the dog in my trash once, took a pic, and showed the neighbor. Ddn't care. Next time I'm gonna take the dog for a drive to visit my cousin Vito!

Or both Steve and remember all dogs roaming about don't necessarily have "Owners" many are feral and a danger to pets and kids!

Well, We do have a leash law here. What really PO's me is he just doesn't care! Maybe I'll start throwing the crap on his front porch! It's not really the dog's fault.
This all just goes to prove my point. The OWNERS need a license, not the DOGS!

The owner's retrieved it from the pound I guess. The PD did not tell the pound that the dog did property damage or killed a pet.
