How many mosin people actually USE the REAL safety on that rifle? I know most of us just keep the bolt open or out of the rifle. I know i've thought about using the gun for something other than a rifle, hotdogs sounded good once.

Yep! I had posted this once before, but one of my M44's was used as a Mess Tent rope stake and was rusty only on one side. Damn camp dog!
