SVT-40s are worth reloading for. Graf's has brass, get the Lee dies with the factory crimp die. Lapua brass supposedly works, but is actually 53mm rather than 54mm.

I use H4895 behind a 150gr bullet. Very few lock ups, no corrosive powder/gas/junk going through the gas system....
