Don't forget about shotguns, when the invironmentalists got everyone shooting steel shot and tearing the hell out of their guns, what did we gun people do? We came up with alternate non-toxic shot like Bismuth that didn't tear up barrels. Someone needs to start thinking along those lines for rifle and pistol bullets. We just have to improvise, overcome and adapt.

They already have. Barnes puts out the X-Bullet which is 100% copper with an expanding hollow point and nearly 100% retention of mass after expansion.

A bit... They're 34.99+shipping at MidwayUSA for a box of 50 180 gr .308-caliber bullets. That's bullets, mind you, not loaded rounds.

The past bikes had no problem finding them, and this thing has a factory installed ball scratcher, so I think finding a shooting range should be easy.. I'll have the new GPS mounted next weekend for insurance..

Forgive me all. I was waiting until payday to get some ammo. I have ammo now and all I need is some ear plugs and a slip on buttpad!

Welcome Bigkat91. I saw 800 rounds of Czech for that price as well... LOL

You can get 900 rounds of brass cartridge/case Bulgarian w/182gr. FMJ(still corrosive Berdan) for $150 (3 tins x 300 ea tin) from J&G. Brass not only cycles better, but it has recycling value as well.

The Czech is very nice but some rifles have 2x4 problems with laquered steel cartridges (2x4 means the bolt sticks requiring a 2x4 to open).
