From what I can find, they're made under American contract for boxer primed non corrosive. These are dated like 2002, way past when we stopped using corrosive primers. And even if they were corrosive, they are still boxer primed, so the ones I put in them won't be. I know they are boxer because I decapped fifty rounds Monday.

Bulgarian HB is... Brass cartridge... Berdan primer... not generally considered reloadable. Recycle the brass... it's worth $$$.

It couldn't hurt, and you would have a back up stash of empties for reloading. Or if you don't reload, for sale. Boxer primed 7.62X54R is kind of rare.

Oh, I'd be all for reloading them. That's the main goal, reloadable brass.
