thanks, the bore has been "counterbored", but beond the counterbore it looks nice and clean/crisp. The reciver is stamped 1942 and it is a Russian 91/30.


as for the story behind it, I was offered a bunch of 5.56 ammo for $30 and I talked them down to $25 and since I dont have any guns to shoot 5.56 I took it to the gun shop and offered the traid, and then walked out with the mosin and a bunch of ammo.
