It's the rare and wonderful "Franken Mosin"!

As far as I know, NO M44 was ever made on a Hex receiver.....

But I am always willing to be proven wrong.

Just checking memories. I should have masked out the tip of the bayo.

Big dog... sorry you be wrong. Bolt, barrel, buttplate, and mag are stamped matching (although mag is a strikethrough and restamp).
Tula apparently ran some prototypes using Hex receivers.

Yes marion-san, I ran this before, but there are a lot of new guys... heh, heh.

spoil sport.ok

If I had to guess, I would say it's a Mosin Nagant.

Yeah guys. it was such a weird find that I'm still stoked... so thought I would put it up as a quiz for the new guys.

Cruisin' Big 5... wooo hooo. Found the 43 M44 Izzy there as well. But must now thin the heard to keep it in the family. decisions, decisions.

I'll give you $10 each for the guns you need to get rid of to make room!
