Reduced ammo or not, that's stupid. How many people will look at that and get a negative picture of firearms enthusiasts. Then ther is also the possibility of others who might think it's cool and put items over the muzzle, with dire consequences.

I fail to see the humor!

+1 No wonder people with no knowledge of firearms think they are so dangerous/evil when this is the only type of picture they have of them.
