The 4X4 weighs 6.5lbs and the win.shadow weighs 6 3/4lbs.If your rifle weighs less than half the weight of a Win. M70 you better go back where you got it and get the rest of it.Something is missing. ,,,sam.

all of the stainless 4x4's that they have sent me lately are now coming in labeled as Mariner rifles. exact same gun just a different heading on the box label. I haven't shot one but reports back are some very sastified customers. very good accuracy was mostly commented on.

on the 100 ATR's I've recieved. these are blued finish, top load and top eject. no hinged floor plate of magazine. price is under 400. ($349.99)
intersting note:
the 100ATR's are shipped with a trigger that looks a lot like the Savage Accutrigger. I have not had a chance to check the manual on this to find out details yet. I'm in the middle of a complete department re-set for the hunting season and I still have a weeks worth of work there to get to first.

finally got a chance to check on the 100 ATR triggers. they are adjustable from 2 - 7 lbs. just a different design internally than the savage accutrigger. externally they look about the same.
