Brian did you ever find a stock and if so who had it! Interesting story behind mine. I called (mossberg) several years ago and was asked if I wanted to part with mine but didn't want to at the time (still don't) as my shotgun is in exceptional shape! The stock has a terrible scratch in it and I thought about replacing it because of that but now . . . I dunno! Might keep it that way! Anyway, its locked up in the safe and I really treasure the degree that it is in due to its age (mfg 55 - 56 according to mossberg)
