I have had a Plinkster for quite sometime. While it is a fun little plinker, I do get tired of reloading the little mags. Anyone know if there is a banana out there for these models? Or another model clip that would work? Thanks

I dont know about that but I looked at one of those awhile back. It felt cheap, now Im not knocking it just wondering how accurate and how smooth it is. I know some "cheap" guns shoot good i.e. Mossberg and Maverick model shotguns, and Hi Point pistols. Just wondering what your take on the Plinkster reall is.

Honestly I love the little guy. I originally got it years ago from walmart for the GF to get some basic rifle skill. After that I spent a little time with it, and for me..its deadly accurate with factory iron sight. I think there is a longer plinkster..this is the short one.
I know its all in how often you clean, but I do not recall a jam ever. I shoot cheap federal 550 box'. $80 well spent on a fun and light rifle.
edit: I do have a mav 88. Im a bang for the buck kinda guy..or just a cheap bastard! Mossberg FTW
To my knowledge, no hi-caps exist for the new Plinkster. It's too new, and not as widely popular as the Ruger 10-22. You can get more magazines - I like to have at least four to six for bench-shooting sessions.
Then loading them lets the rifle cool.
I haven't shot mine much but, I like the gun. I bought a 4x32 scope for it but, haven't sighted it in yet though, when I do I can test its accuracy better. I've shot it about 125 times and I haven't cleaned it yet and it hasn't jammed so I can't can't complain about reliability. The trigger is a little creepy and the stock is sorta cheap but its a good gun for the fact I paid $80 for it on sale at Dick's.
