| Mossberg SS1
Hi, New to forum and I'm trying to find barrels or entire rifles. I have 2 Mossberg SS1 single shots with a 243, 30-06, 30-06 ackerly barrels. How ever I'd like to find other barrels including the 12 gauge. If anyone knows a dealer with one or has a rifle or a barrel for sale please post or contact me. Thanks in advance. Maine Hunter |

only place i know of is at www.cdnninvestments.com down-load their catalog and you will see a SSI complete gun in 12 ga listed for i believe $199.00 once upon a time they had other barrels available-----you can call and ask if they have some laying around as everything does not make it into the catalog.... good luck

It will just re-shape the brass to the "improved" form. Get the opinion of a qualified gunsmith as i know nothing of your gun and the conversion it has........... if i might suggest---go to the handloading section of this site........good info there and you can get started reloading your own Ackley Improved ammo with the appropriate equipment and reloading dies...... reloading is a fun hobby for me that also just happens to reduce ammo costs.
