Peep Sight for T/C Omega

I'm thinking about switching out the factory open sights on my T/C Omega with a T/C or Williams peep sight. I use my Omega only for deer hunting and have had some issues with the factory sights obscuring too much of the target. Not really looking to upgrade to a scope because I want to keep muzzleloading more challenging than rifle hunting. I might have to go the scope route though...

Can anyone chime in on whether or not I should make the switch to a peep sight? Any good/bad experiences with peep sights? Or should I just give up a put a scope on my Omega like everyone else.

I wouldn't put a scope on just yet. Try the williams sights, I have them on my gun, and I can hit a six inch circle at 120 yards, no problem.
