| Large bore percussion revolvers Does anyone know of any large bore revolvers? I have .44/45BP are there any .50 or larger percussion revolvers? |

| The classic LeMat revolver has nine .44 balls surrounding a central shotgun load of approximately 20 gauge. That central load would clear a room..... There are repros being made, but a bit steep in price.

| Big Dog, I've seen them but not really what I'm looking for...I'd like to see a 5 shot in .50, .52, .53 or .54cal. They'd be great for dangerous game hunting during BP season |

| Don't think they make em. You'll have to settle with a single shot 50 cal pistol. Cabelas sells them LeMat revolvers. For a nice price.

| Somebody named Clement or something close to that is converting Ruger Old Armys to .50 cal.sounds like new barrels and cylinders at least BIG$$$$$$$$$$$$ |

| At present I fear you are looking at custom work combined with astronomical pricing. However, if enough people make a demand a manufacturer will respond. If you are really ambitious you might start a campaign of letter writing from various groups. |
