| weatherby vanguard what do you fellas think of the weatherby vanguard rifles iam about to purchase one in 22-250 mainly for foxes , rabbits , maybe a small pig or 2 they seem to be a lot better the way the bolt is designed with the vent holes and just compared to the new remingtons 700s they are just awesomer |

| I like the Vanguards. The action is made by a company in Japan-HOWA. Well know for accurate rifles. I sighted in my friends Vanguard in 7mmMag and got it down to 1" within 5 shots. I was surprised. A very solid, functional, and accurate firearm. Personally I would pick a Remington in the long run, but for the price you can't beat them. You might want to check out HOWA's stuff, they make some nice rifles. |
