| maintenance im going to buy a cz 452 ".22lr bolt action" what type of maintenance gear will i need? |

| A bolt-action .22 is about the lowest-maintenance gun in the world. Get a cleaning rod, patches and rod tip, and some solvent. Remove the bolt and clean the bore from breech to muzzle (back-to-front). A few passes with a solvent-dipped patch will keep your gun shooting indefinitely. A bit of gun oil on a cotton cloth will keep the outside rust free. Enjoy. |

| G&G asst.dino wrangler ![]() | ive got one and LOVE it! good choice indeed. when i 1st got it i cleaned it very well to get the factory preservative grease out of it . and havent touched it with a rod since. i use a boresnake. the less i touch the crown the happier i am. it's the best shooter ive got, and ive got some good ones.
