| Gun Liker ![]() | Laser in the grip One thing that sort of made me think about these grips with the laser pointer in them. Now, they say that in a scenario where a ne`r do well is lurking in the shadows of your living room in the middle of the night, he or she is going to turn to water when they see that red beam of light scanning around. I can`t help but think, if he or she is hiding, you are not entirely sure where they are, but, if you are at the transmitting end of a red laser beam, would this person be profoundly aware of exactly where you were, and there fore bust a cap into yo` !!!!!? I`m not knocking this product in any way, I`m just curious about this aspect, thoughts? |

| lasers are a secondary sighting system only. if you want to find someone sneaking around in your home use a flashlight, a very bright flashlight- 20+ lumens shined in someones eyes will blind them and make them see green spots for hours. another benefit of a flashlight- you can illuminate something without having to point your gun at it. |

| Easy solution: don't squeeze the laser button until it is time to point at the target. You will be squeezing the grips hard, anyway. I have Crimson Trace grips on one of my CCW pieces, and don't need to hold down the laser every second I am holding the weapon. |

| Also try not to expose anymore of yourself while searching with a flashlight than necessary.Stay behind doorways or some form of cover.Crouching is a good idea.In doorways keep the body concealed and put the light and one eye out to search. samuel. |

| The only time you can see the light saber effect is when there is smoke or a lot of dust in the air for the lazer to reflect off of. Normal use there is a red dot at the emitter and a dot on the bad guy. Another benefit is you can hold the weapon away from you torso and still get hits on your target I don't recomend it but you could point the gun around a doorway and use a mirror to see where it's aimed, never exposing your body to the line of fire. I put one on the wifes carry gun and I think I want one for my Glock 32.
