Anyone use a Laser Bore sight?

Anyone ever use these or something like it? ANY Calibres Sightmark Accudot Laser Bore Sight NEW !!! - (eBay item 260159958974 end time Sep-23-07 09:19:15 PDT)

Also, would a 7.62x39mm fit into a Mosin chamber?

They get you on paper,you still have to fine tune.A 7.62 might go in a mosin chamber but if I got one in I would be frightened until I got it out.One of the first rules of firearms-DO NOT try any cartridge in any chamber that isnt stamped for that chamber. sam.

i bought one ,tried it and realized i always get on paper anyway.
so i returned it.

I bore sight down my hall way, with a target stuck to the living room wall ( like Bill does

) Then hit the range. Does me. I can see the benefit of such an item, though.

I have more fun sighting in the old fashioned way.
As far as the 7.62x39 laser bore sight going in to the chamber of a Mosin which is 7.62x54, well you will most definitely come up short. Personally I don't think it would work as well as you would like it to.
