Trying to identify a scope?

I just obtained a scope and am trying to identify it so I can find manual etc on line if possible

Boresighter 4-16x40 AO

3 "adjustments"..??

I am new and dont know much about them....

looking at the top picture and the right adjustment cap it has a simmons logo. so you have a simmons scope

most scopes have writing on the bottom of the scope either by the front bell or rear bell a model no. of some sort
